You do not need to know the right technical words before getting in touch. These are the things people usually want to know first.
Can you take over a project that already exists?
Yes. I can start with a short audit of the code, hosting, content, and the biggest pain points. Then we decide what is worth fixing first instead of throwing everything away by default.
Do you work with small businesses and early ideas?
Yes. A first version does not need a huge team. We can keep the scope tight, make the important path work, and leave room to grow when the idea proves itself.
What should I send before the first conversation?
A rough description of the problem, what you have today, and what a useful result would look like is enough. A deadline, budget range, or example you like helps too, but you do not need a finished specification.
How do we keep a project from getting too big?
We pick a small first release, write down what is out of scope, and check the work in pieces. That makes it easier to change direction before a lot of time and money is locked up.
