Who operates FlexiThyme
FlexiThyme is an independent app operated by Loke in Sweden. Privacy and support questions can be sent tohi@loke.dev.
Data the app stores
FlexiThyme stores the work sessions, break durations, notes, balance adjustments, weekly schedules, starting balance, and app settings that you enter. This information is stored on your device using Apple SwiftData.
A small snapshot containing the current balance, today's totals, timer state, and update time is kept in the app's shared Apple App Group container. The iOS and macOS widgets use that snapshot to show current information.
Private iCloud sync
When available, Apple CloudKit syncs FlexiThyme records through your private iCloud database. The developer does not receive or query that private database. Apple processes the synced records under your Apple Account and Apple's terms and privacy policy.
If the iCloud-backed store cannot open, FlexiThyme may use local-only storage and shows that state in the app. If persistent storage is unavailable, the app clearly warns that temporary changes will be lost when it closes.
No developer analytics or advertising
FlexiThyme does not create an app account and does not include advertising, tracking, analytics, or third-party crash-reporting SDKs. It does not sell work-history data or transmit that history to the developer.
Apple may process device diagnostics, App Store information, Siri or Shortcuts requests, and iCloud traffic according to your device settings and Apple's privacy terms. That platform processing is not an app-owned tracking system.
User-requested exports
A weekly or monthly CSV report is created only after you choose Export CSV. The system share sheet lets you select where it goes. FlexiThyme does not upload the exported file to the developer.
You can also choose Export data archive in Settings to create a complete JSON copy of work sessions, notes, adjustments, schedule history, and settings. This file is created only when you request it and goes only to the destination you select in the system share sheet. Because it can contain notes, protect it like other private work records.
Retention and deletion
Your records remain on your devices and, when enabled, in your private iCloud database until you edit or delete them. Choosing Erase all FlexiThyme dataremoves work sessions, adjustments, schedules, and settings from the local time bank and schedules the corresponding private iCloud deletions. The app then returns to first-run setup.
Questions and changes
Contact hi@loke.devwith a privacy question. Because the developer does not operate an app account or receive the private time bank, requests about records stored in iCloud normally need to be handled from the app or through your Apple Account.
