FlexiThyme / Support
Keep your time bank moving.
Practical help for the FlexiThyme app on iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
01
A widget looks out of date
Open FlexiThyme once to refresh its shared time-bank snapshot. If a timer is running, the widget updates its elapsed time automatically.
02
iCloud sync is unavailable
Check that iCloud Drive is enabled and that the same Apple Account is active on each device. Reopen FlexiThyme to retry. The banner and Settings screen show whether changes are syncing or staying on one device.
03
The Mac menu-bar timer is missing
Open FlexiThyme Settings and enable Show timer in menu bar. The main Mac app and its sidebar remain available when the menu-bar extra is hidden.
04
A session or balance is incorrect
Open History to edit or remove a work session. Use a balance adjustment for flex time used, public holidays, paid leave, or sick leave.
Export your records
Open Reports, choose Week or Month, then select Export CSV. FlexiThyme creates the file only when you request it and opens the system share sheet so you control its destination.
For a complete portable copy, open Settings and choose Export data archive. The JSON archive includes raw sessions, notes, adjustments, schedule history, and settings. Store it somewhere private because work-session notes may contain sensitive information.
To restore an archive, choose Import data archive in Settings. Review the record count and confirm the merge. New records are added, matching records change only when the archive is newer, and current records missing from the archive are not deleted.
Remove your time bank
Open Settings and choose Erase all FlexiThyme data. After confirmation, the app deletes work sessions, adjustments, schedules, and settings, resets its widgets, and returns to setup. When private iCloud sync is active, the deletions are also scheduled for the other devices in that time bank.
